What are you waiting for? Day and evening classes form on a regular basis.

IN ORDER TO BEGIN CLASSES AT APEX:
1. You must be at least 17 and have parental consent if you are under 18. You may be enrolled if you are 16 1/2 years old and have a release letter from your high school.
2. If you do not have high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED), you must achieve a satisfactory score on an independently administered standardized examination.
3. You should have an interview with an Admissions Representative at the school.
4. You should pay the Application Fee and sign an enrollment agreement.

TRANSFER OF HOURS
If you have previously taken courses of like content and instructional hours at another state or federally licensed, registered or accredited post-secondary school, you may be permitted to enroll with credit for those hours upon 1) proof of successful (minimum grade C) completion of those hours; 2) passing the Apex's final exams for each segment of its course for which you are seeking transfer of credit; and 3) presentment of an official transcript and course description.

ADVANCED STANDING
Advanced standing may also be granted to students who have demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the segments in Apex's 600 hour programs or its 900 hour program. Advanced standing is conditioned upon the applicant passing Apex's final examinations for each segment for which the applicant seeks credit. Advanced standing and transfer of credit for instruction received at another school are subject to the applicant's successful completion of Apex's regular entrance requirements and the approval of our director.

FINANCIAL AID
Financial Aid assistance is available for those who qualify. Apex's Financial Aid Department can assist you in determining what types of financial aid may be available to you and will help guide you through the application process. The department works with various State and Federal agencies and lending institutions and can assist you in applying for the various grants or loans for which you may qualify. Following an assessment of your individual needs, a financial aid package will be developed in accordance with State, Federal, and school guidelines.
